How long will it take to serve my documents?
Our standard delivery is 7–21 days, but we also offer rush service in 2–7 days for urgent cases. Every job is tracked in real-time, so you’ll always know where your documents are.
How will I know that service was completed?
After every service, we provide a court-ready proof of service (affidavit) uploaded directly to your Serve Manager client portal. You’ll receive instant notification when it’s ready.
Is my information secure?
Absolutely. All documents and client data are handled securely and uploaded to Serve Manager, which uses encrypted storage and secure access. We are fully insured against Error and Omission, and Data Privacy leaks.
